Tracking Pixel As a mom, I am always concerned about health and nutrition when it comes to food and my boys. I want to make sure what they are eating is full of the nutrients and vitamins they need to grow and become strong and healthy. That is why I have become that mom. Yes, the mom that reads the labels, that researches products, foods, and items that we purchase to make sure what they are eating is actually something they should be eating. It is a long process and an even longer journey to finding foods that are healthy, good for you, and actually taste great.

While I cannot cut out and limit everything that is deemed "junk" with our foods and snacks, I can limit them and limit how often they eat them. But, I have been able to successfully replace the "no-so-good-for-you" foods with healthier alternatives as well as adding more water to our daily intake. My boys will only drink water throughout the day which I am so thankful for, but for myself, it has been a long transformation. But, ultimately a successful one. By adding more water to my daily routine, I have had more energy and noticed a huge difference in how the rest of the family has followed in my footsteps. That's why when I heard about the new Sara Lee® 45 Delightful Bread, I knew I had to try it.

Sara Lee® 45 Delightful Breads are all heart-healthy and provide an excellent source of fiber in each serving (2 slices), with no artificial colors or flavors, and no high fructose corn syrup. They also taste great and with only 45 calories per slice, lunch time has never been better. Plus, now if we want to splurge on some chips or even a cookie or two, there is no need to feel guilty for doing so.

With lunchtime now under control, we can focus on more important things. Like family time. Spending time together is very important to us. Not only is having time together important, it's vital to a healthy life. Being active, playing a board game, or even just reading a book. It's something we strive to do each and everyday. We all look forward to our family time together and with all our busy schedules it's nice to have that quality time together. The boys will only be young for so long and I want to cherish every single moment I can with them.

Our family is striving for a better us by drinking more water with all our meals and throughout the day as well as spending more time together without the electronics or phones or video games.
