Ever since I was a little, dogs have been a big part of my life. I was obsessed with puppies and dogs and everyone knew it. So, now that my youngest son is completely and absolutely obsessed with puppies, it's not a surprise at all. I love being a boy mom, but I am also a proud dog mom as well. I have 3 rescue dogs, 2 girls and 1 boy. Our oldest dog and only boy, Rusty, was rescued from a local shelter 12 years ago and fit in right away with our growing family. Fast forward several years and 1 year after the passing of one our dogs, my boys were aching for new puppy. We surprised them with Baylee, a beagle mix who was only 2 months old and had one blue eye. She was a handful! And she still is!

Over the summer our family of 6 grew to a family of 7 when we took in a 2 year old basset hound named Ruby who was abandoned by her owners when they moved out of town. She has been a true blessing and a great snuggler. A perfect fit for our family. My boys are totally in love as am I. But, even though our dogs are not puppies anymore, accidents do happen and sometimes it feels like it happens more often then it should. I love that STAINMASTER® Carpet Pet Stain Remover helps me stay on top of all the little surprises they leave for me.

So, when my in-laws adopted a brand new puppy named Henry, I had a few suggestions and a little bit of pet advice for them and now that Christmas is just around the corner, me and the boys headed to our local Target and got to shopping for great items perfect for a new puppy. There was so much to choose from but I let them pick out a few essentials while I grabbed the STAINMASTER® Carpet Pet Stain Remover. It's a must have for our puppy gift basket for Henry. STAINMASTER® Carpet Pet Stain Remover is perfect for pet stains as well as everyday stains which is awesome since I have two messy boys! Plus, it eliminates tough pet odors in minutes.

Do you have a new puppy in your family this Christmas? Create a New Puppy Christmas Gift Basket with a few simple steps.

1. Grab a good sized dog bowl. You might be tempted to get a small bowl since your puppy is really little right now, but dogs grow really fast and they will grow into that bigger bowl soon.
2. Puppies love to play. Grab a few squeaky toys to keep them them having fun.
3. Bones! You must grab some dog bones. Puppies chew A LOT!
4. I threw in some rope toys and a fun Santa chew toy in our gift basket to fill it up.
5. STAINMASTER® Carpet Pet Stain Remover to keep up with your puppy's messes.

6. Take all your puppy items and fill up the dog bowl to create a fun gift for any puppy, new or old.

Now you have a perfect gift to give to any new pet owner or new puppy in the family. Even if it's just for yourself, your puppy will love it!

We can't wait to surprise Henry with his new puppy Christmas gift basket this Christmas.
