It's September and fall is almost here and I could not be happier! I love the cooler temps, the crisp leaves, and hot coffee. But, even though fall is almost here that doesn't mean the temperature is getting any cooler here in Texas. But, it is coming, just not sure when exactly. Since it's still in the high 90s, I rely on iced coffee to get me through the day and Gold Peak® tea lattes and coffees do just the trick.

As a busy mom my mornings are hectic. From getting my oldest to school for his "Leopard Patrol" duty before the sun comes up to loading up for football practice after school, my day is non-stop. So, I grab one of the new and exciting coffee flavors and my favorite travel mug and head out the door without wasting any time. But, who wants a boring travel mug? Follow these great steps to create a one-of-a-kind mug perfect for your morning drink.
What you need:
1. If you are using your own die-cut machine, design your image and cut. Be sure to keep the outside and weed out the middle to make your own stencil. If you are using a pre-made stencil, you can skip this step.
2. Gather all your supplies and get ready to create!
3. Apply your vinyl stencil to the cut and make sure all edges around each letter are secured down.
4. Using the paint marker, paint over each letter. Some colors may require a second coat. Which can be applied within a few minutes.
5. Let sit for about 3-5 minutes and carefully peel off vinyl stencil and remove smaller pieces using a pick.
6. Let sit to dry for about 24 hours to ensure it has dried. (I have seen where some have baked in the oven at 325 for about 15-20min to ensure paint wont come off. I did not try this method with these cups.)
7. Fill with ice and pour in your favorite Gold Peak Salted Caramel Coffee Drink and enjoy on the go or just while relaxing in the morning.
